Radio advert production, done for you
Want to make a radio advert for your business but not sure where to start? We write the script, find the voice, add the music and deliver the finished ad.
What goes into a good radio ad
- One idea. Thirty seconds is short. We pick the one thing a listener should remember.
- Plain words. We write for the ear, not the page, with short sentences and your name said more than once.
- A clear next step. Search your name, call, or book online. One action, not three.
- The right voice. Warm and local for a family trade, calm and clear for a clinic.
- Licensed sound. Music and effects cleared for broadcast.
Our process
You tell us about your business, your area and your offer. We write a script and a voice and send you a sample. When you are happy, we finish the audio, prepare it for the station's checks and book your campaign. The same ad can run on radio, Spotify and podcasts.
Jingles
A jingle is a short tune that makes your name stick, which suits businesses that plan to advertise for a long time. It is an optional extra, quoted on request. We do not need one to make your ad work.
Examples
See three example scripts for a roofer, a windows and doors installer and a private dental clinic, or ask for your own free sample.

Questions people ask
How much does a radio advert cost to make?
Production is included in our local audio campaigns from £495, along with starter media spend for one target region.
Can I make a radio advert myself?
You can, but it is harder than it sounds. A good ad needs a tight script, a clear voice, balanced music and the right levels for broadcast. Stations also need the file in the right format and cleared for rules.
How long should a radio script be?
A 30 second ad is about 75 words. We write it to sound natural when spoken, with your name and one clear action at the end.
What is a radio jingle, and can I have one?
A jingle is a short piece of music, often with sung words, that makes your name easy to remember. It is an optional extra, quoted on request. Many local ads work well without one.
Who does the voiceover?
We choose a voice that suits your business and area. You hear the sample before anything is bought.
Will you use music I can legally broadcast?
Yes. We use music, sound effects and voices licensed for broadcast. We do not use tracks pulled from streaming services or free music sites that are not cleared for advertising.
Does my ad need approval before it can go on air?
Yes, in the sense that UK radio ads are checked before they are broadcast. We write and produce your ad to meet the rules and prepare it for the station's checks, using music and voices licensed for broadcast. Ads for some sectors, such as health and beauty treatments or credit, get extra scrutiny, so we plan a little more time for those.
Hear your ad before you spend a penny.
Tell us about your business and where you work. We will write, voice and produce a sample ad for you to listen to. No obligation to buy.
